General
Receipt of guest's advance rental payment constitutes acceptance and
confirmation by the guest of the payment and cancellation policies,
restrictions, and additional information stated hereon and on the reservation
confirmation. All advance payments constitute prepaid amounts to be applied to
rental charges.
Guest is responsible for all nights confirmed, regardless of guest's late
arrival or early departure. A change in the arrival and/or departure date of
a reservation that results in nights reserved by the guest not being used will
be deemed cancellation of those nights, and those nights will then be subject
to the cancellation policies and penalties set out below for the season of the reservation.
Payments
Advance rental payments, including taxes and activity payments, are due in
our office by the dates stated on the reservation confirmation.
Cancellation
If an advance rental payment is not received in full in our office by the due
date stated on the reservation confirmation, the reservation will be
considered canceled.
If written notice of cancellation is received in our office:
Ski Season Reservation: more than 30 days prior to arrival, or
Holiday Season Reservation: prior to September 1, or
Summer Season Reservation: more than 14 days prior to arrival,
..rental payments are refundable less a 10% cancellation fee. If written notice is received in our office after the appropriate season date specified above, all rental payments received will be forfeited.
Maximum Occupancy
All children, regardless of age, are counted as occupants. If the maximum
occupancy for the condominium type reserved is exceeded, it shall be cause for
immediate cancellation and termination of the reservation without refund.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance for your protection in the event
cancellation becomes necessary.
Travel Arrangements
Ski lift tickets, airline reservations, rental cars, taxi and airport
transfers, and travel insurance may be arranged through our reservations
office. Such arrangements will be additionally subject to the policies and
restrictions of the applicable vendors.
Registration
Please register at the Front Desk, located on the first floor of Building II.
If you will be arriving after 11:00pm during the ski season or after 5:00pm
during the summer, please call ahead to arrange for check-in.

Pets
Absolutely none allowed.
Housekeeping Services
For condominiums rented on a nightly basis, fresh towels and cleaning will be
provided daily; if your stay is 7 nights or more, fresh linens will be
provided midway through your stay. Additional services are available.
Guest Services
Our Concierge will be happy to assist you in arranging any special need, and
can provide information about local events and points of interest. For your
convenience, dining and activity reservations may be made prior to your
arrival.
